This order may be accepted or rejected by Henson Black by The Piercing Suite for any reason, including but not limited to, the unavailability of the product, an error in price or product description shown on this website.

Your contract with Henson Black by The Piercing Suite will only come into existence when you have fully paid for your order and Henson Black by The Piercing Suite provides confirmation that your order has been accepted. Confirmation of your will be sent via your elected email address.

PRE ORDERS

Pre orders processed on this website are offered with estimated delivery dates only. You will be notified via email in the event of a delayed delivery or if the pre ordered item becomes unavailable.

Henson Black by The Piercing Suite endeavours to describe our products as accurately as possible on our website and any of our other sales channels. However, Henson Black by The Piercing Suite does not warrant that product description or any other content on this website are 100% accurate, complete, current, reliable or error free.

COLOUR AND PRODUCT IMAGE

We take priority to portray the colours and details of our product on our website as accurately as possible. However please note that actual colours of some products may differ depending on your monitor and lighting.

SHIPPING

Delivery times are an estimate only and can vary.

Henson Black by The Piercing Suite cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier companies.

If your parcel is not delivered to you within the time frame indicated, please contact us via email: thepiercingsuite@gmail.com. We will be more than happy to follow this up with the courier company for you.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

Henson Black by The Piercing Suite will diligently and carefully pack and dispatch your orders. However, we are not responsible to the buyer for any loss or damage to products caused by any event or individual who caused or contributed to that loss. Henson Black by The Piercing Suite is also not responsible for any loss of products due to wrongful signing or acceptance by a third party.

If you receive your order and the packaging or product is damaged please immediately take a photo and send it to thpiercingsuite@gmail.com. We will then follow it up with the courier company.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any order cancelled by Henson Black by The Piercing Suite, but paid for, will receive a full refund.

PRICES

All prices shown include GST (Which is currently 15% - if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to change our prices accordingly).

DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

Discounts and promotional codes cannot be used in combination with other offers. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively. Unless specified sale and promotions are valid for a limited time only.

RETURN POLICY

All body jewellery and earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons. If the product is damaged or faulty, please contact us via
